| Bio: | Name: Tachibana Kippei Age: 27 Occupation: Worker at music shop Job Description: Tachibana works the cashier at Sunburst Studios, a music shop with a large selection of instruments, but a small selection of music. It's a fairly easy job, and Tachibana also works as an instrument repair technician, often handling both the repair and ringing it up. The studio also hosts music lessons but Tachibana has never felt the need to mold young minds. Do they work for Prince Media? : Nope Appearance: Tachibana's black hair is cut close to his head, standing around half an inch out. His eyebrows are thick and bushy and there's a mole in the middle of his forehead. His ears have holes healing up, since he never wears earrings in them anymore. Tachibana does wear a thick bead of silver balls around his neck, and dresses in dark indistinguishable clothing. History: Tachibana was part of a two-man show called 'Wings' that started small in his hometown of Kyushu before they took off. Wings got some attention, and a lot of limelight, enough that Tachibana began to feel like a star. Tachibana was young though, and fell quickly into the temptations that came from making it big. When Wings hit a snag, Tachibana fell further into the trap of stardom. Turning to alcohol and cheap drugs Tachibana dropped out of sight. He ignored calls from his agent, and became immersed in self-pity. It took his sister to drag him out. Tachibana went to rehab and started rebuilding his life. While he never wanted to go back to being a star, he still loved music. Contacting the man who had always supplied Wings with equipment Tachibana took up a part-time job and worked his way up to full time. He enjoys working with the instruments and is glad that no one has recognized him yet. Tachibana worries about a possible media circus ruining his quiet life and hopes that it's been long enough that the entertainment industry has moved on. 4 years is long enough to bury the memory of an idol isn't it? Sample Third Person Post: Tachibana strummed a chord on the acoustic guitar, smiling at the lovely sound this baby had. Sunburst studio's had a small area where you could try out instruments to see if they worked for you, besides the practice room, and also functioned as an impromptu place for live music. Tachibana was sitting in the roller chair now, strumming out chords on a beautiful guitar and humming along. Moving his fingers into a familiar position Tachibana began running through one of his favorite songs. Feeling nervous and glad he had remembered to shut off the mikes Tachibana sung the words softly under his breath. Barely a verse into the song Tachibana's fingers complained and he had to stop. Sighing Kippei picked up the instrument to put back. He'd never get his calluses back if he stopped whenever the pain hit, but he never felt comfortable practicing at home. Practicing while someone was there had always made Tachibana nervous, he didn't like seeming less then perfect, and when alone Kippei felt too awkward and silly to play. Putting the guitar back on display Tachibana slipped behind the cash register. | |||||
